Terms of Service

Agreement

By using cordrep.com, the Discord bot, APIs, or related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What cordrep is

cordrep is a reputation and vouch registry for Discord communities. Rankings and profile signals reflect community activity and are not a credit score, identity verification, background check, or guarantee of trustworthiness.

Accounts & Discord

Access may require a Discord account and compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for activity under your Discord identity on cordrep.

Acceptable use

• No self-vouch farms, sockpuppet rings, or coordinated abuse
• No harassment, hate, illegal content, or scams via reasons/bios/links
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, security, or moderation controls
• No scraping that degrades the Service or violates Discord rules

We may revoke Pro, remove content, reverse vouches, suspend access, or ban accounts when we detect abuse or risk to the registry’s integrity.

Pro purchases

Pro is a one-time cosmetic unlock (custom URL, themes, banners, and related profile features). Pro does not increase vouch weight, sell rankings, or guarantee placement. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, Pro fees are non-refundable once delivered.

Content

You retain rights to content you submit (reasons, bios, links, images). You grant cordrep a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate public profiles, embeds, leaderboards, and moderation tools.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect accuracy of rankings, or permanence of any particular feature.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cordrep and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
