Who we are
cordrep.com (“cordrep”, “we”, “us”) operates a Discord reputation registry. This policy explains what information we process when you use the website, Discord bot, and related services.
Information we collect
- Discord account data you authorize or that is publicly available through Discord (user ID, username, display name, avatar).
- Reputation activity such as vouches, reasons, guild context, ranks, and profile customizations (including Pro cosmetics).
- Payment metadata when you purchase Pro (handled by Stripe; we store confirmation references, not full card numbers).
- Technical logs needed to operate the service (for example request timing, error diagnostics, and abuse-prevention signals).
How we use information
- Provide public profiles, leaderboards, embeds, and trust signals
- Process Pro purchases and account unlocks
- Prevent spam, fraud, and vouch abuse
- Maintain, secure, and improve the product
Sharing
Public reputation data (profiles, vouch history, leaderboard rankings) is intended to be visible. We use processors such as Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting/CDN/storage), and Discord (authentication / bot delivery). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain reputation and account records while the service operates and as needed for integrity, moderation, and legal obligations. You may request corrections or removal of profile content where feasible; some ledger records may be retained to prevent abuse.
Your choices
You can disconnect Discord OAuth sessions, adjust Pro profile fields, and request help removing content. Server admins can remove the bot from their Discord communities at any time.
Children
cordrep is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your region). Do not use the service if you are under that age.
